Warranty:


A. LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS.

​

  1. One year limited warranty on all aftermarket replacement parts. Distributors, Strut, AC compressor & Radiators come with one year warranty Exchange only, Catalytic Converter final sale. Head lamp and Tail lamp LENS AND HOUSING only are covered by our limited warranty head lamp and tail lamp Bulb is not included in the price and comes with NO Warranty.

  2. Return Restricted Items: (Flagged as Return Restricted in shop page) are final sale, return not accepted and comes with No Warranty Coverage. Any physical damages must be reported at the time of pickup or delivery to Tiger driver or warehouse staff.

B. ITEMS AND CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY THE LIMITED WARRANTY.

​

  1. The cost of labor required to remove and install a repaired or exchanged parts to the vehicle.

  2. Any damage caused by abuse, neglect, accident or natural perils.

  3. Loss caused by the parts being improperly installed.

  4. Shipping & handling, border fees and all other admonition costs.

  5. Decrease in performance of any covered part due to normal wear and tear (unless actual breakdown occurs), having regard to inherent manufacturing faults in some parts models.

  6. Loss caused by any modification or use of the parts for which it was not originally designed.

  7. Parts if it is used for competitive driving, racing or commercial purposes.

  8. Loss caused by the failure of a part or parts of the engine that are not covered by this limited warranty.

  9. Repairs performed without prior authorization from Tiger Auto Parts.

  10. Loss caused by defective timing belt.

C. SALES CONDITIONS.

​

  1. Deposit is not refundable.

  2. Order can not be cancelled if it has been shipped.

  3. 5% cancellation fee will apply to all unshipped orders.

  4. Repairs or exchanges will not extend this limited warranty beyond the described term on this form (section A).

  5. Images in our website and other marketplace platforms are not the actual pictures of the product and they used as a sample only.

  6. This limited warranty is in lieu of any and all other expressed warranties of Tiger Auto Parts. Any warranty implied is limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Tiger Auto Parts does not assume or authorize any person to assume on its behalf any other obligation of liability.

  7. Tiger Auto Parts will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from loss of use, loss of time, rent a car, lose of job, inconvenience, or commercial loss, or any other consequential damage or lose.

D. RETURNS POLICY:

​

  1. The original sales receipt or at least order number or invoice number must accompany all returns. Returns without the above info will not be accepted. A part returned undamaged within 30 days of the original purchase date may be credited at management's discretion, but no credit will be given for any part returned more than 30 days after the original purchase date and will be return to you. No return will be accepted after 30 days.

  2. Any damaged part must be reported within 5 days from delivery date. We will not accept any damaged parts after 5 days.

  3. You can return up to 10% of your total monthly purchases without any restocking fee. Returns more than 10% monthly allowance will face 20% restocking charges and that will be automatically applied to your monthly statement. Return parts without sticker date and beyond 30 days time frame will not be accepted.

  4. No credit will be granted for returns on altered, edged, damaged or painted Parts.

  5. Unused parts must be returned in their original packages and in re saleable condition for a full credit. Unused CAPA certified parts must still have the CAPA seal affixed to the part.

  6. All returns will be posted to your account as a store credit within the next business day.

  7. Returns will not be accepted without the signed RMA. RMAs are valid for 10 days only.

  8. Returns will be in Pending status until we get the parts inspected in our warehouse.

  9. No replacement will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the returned. All missing parts will be charged to the customer. If we found the return item is not ours, we will simply send the item back at your own cost

E. CLAIM PROCEDURE.
