Warranty

Tiger Auto Parts offers a limited lifetime warranty on all replacement parts such as hoods, bumpers, fenders and other automotive replacement parts. Our radiators are covered with a full manufacturer warranty.

We guarantee our parts free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed. (Installation must meet the industry standard)

Our warranty includes Rust Damages (Rust — tear, perforation) due to corrosion in normal use. However if our parts does not meet the manufacturer specification, or if a metal part develops perforation, simply show us your proof of purchase, and a new part will be provided without charge. (Tiger Auto Parts does not cover labor cost)

What Tiger Auto Parts warranty does not cover?

Our warranty does not cover any labor or incidental costs involved in installation. Our warranty also does not extend to any part with perforation due to alteration or abuse in any way, accident damage, improper installation, Installation without proper undercoating, sealing or painting.

We strongly advice that parts be inspected and test fitted before painting or undercoating. We will exchange any product found to be defective, but we assume no responsibility for any costs incurred in refinishing, installation or removal of said product.

RETURNS:

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our Parts and our services. When you receive your parts, we ask that you examine it closely prior to the discarding factory packaging. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the parts, you may exchange or return the parts.

For your convenience, we allow returns by online return prior to our drivers' pick up. Please fill out our Return Authorization Form online to request for a Return of the parts.

IMPORTANT: Our drivers can not pick up the parts without RA Print-out. To save time & avoid parts damage please make sure all the return parts are available to our drivers at the time of pick up. Our driver will sign the RA and give you a copy for your records. The credits adjustments will be made within 2 to 3 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned parts.

Simply return the Parts in the same condition as when you received it, with resaleable packaging condition.

You have 90 days from the sticker date printed on the part to return and you can return up to 10% of your total monthly purchases without any restocking fee. Returns more than 10% monthly allowance will face 20% restocking charges and that will be automatically applied to your monthly statement. Return parts without sticker date and beyond 90 days time frame will not be accepted.
